The Tormach 15L Slant-PRO CNC lathe comes with two spindle motor pulley sets. This video provides an overview of how to change out the pulley.

The 80mm pulley provides spindle speed range from 180-2500 RPM and is suitable for use with a D1-4 Lathe Chuck. The 100mm pulley provides a spindle speed range from 250-3500 RPM and should only be used for 5C collet work using the native taper of the spindle.
